I started Jumping Rope on a team when I was 6 years old. Never would of dreamed it would play such a huge role in my life today. I’m a mom of two boys and two dogs. I’ve always been very active and into fitness but after having kids I sort of lost myself as all my time and energy went to them. After my second, I realized I needed to make myself a priority again and take time for myself to get back into fitness and working out. I joined a gym and starting Jumping Rope again.

As a kid, I grew up playing travel sports including basketball and softball. As I got older and entered high school, I still played sports but not as often and mostly just for my high school teams. Around the age of 16, I started picking up health and fitness magazines and really started educating myself on weight training and cardio techniques, as well as proper nutrition.

I'm a Fitness Influencer, Youtuber, and Model. I think that the secret of success and balance is to have a routine prosecutable over the long term. Every day I start my mornings with a cup of lemon water with stevia and then a good breakfast. I love porridge with eggs or some protein pancakes. I prefer to workout in the morning when the gym is empty for 2 hours, then it's time to return home, reply to e-mail and work.
